Kate Anthony was interviewed recently for the Counselling at Work Journal. Counselling at Work (CaW) is the quarterly journal of the BACP Workplace division. The journal speaks to workplace counselling as well as Employee Assistance settings. The article entitled Into the Future explores what the workplace will look like in years to come and what the implications might be for counsellors who are assisting work organizations and people working within those organizations.
