“I have really enjoyed the course and with the opportunity to reflect upon all I have learnt over the twelve modules, am now benefiting from the comprehensive and broad range of considerations it has provided to inform and educate my future online work, my current face to face provision and also aspects of my personal life. Now I have all the theory the next thing is to put it into practice and begin to develop my own style and competence to help and support this new client group. I was very apprehensive when I embarked upon training which would lead to my providing online counselling support, however, I now feel quite excited about using my skills in this way due to the knowledge and evidence I have taken from the course.”
Heather Bell, CCT Graduate
“The learning on this course has been an incredibly insightful and very much a valuable journey. The journey hasn’t just been a journey through cyber therapy but also a journey through self with valuable reflection on own views, judgments and anxieties. Pre-course Sam and post-course Sam are two very much different people. I feel that moving forward into the world of practice I can now do so with awareness, insight and the confidence that having both bring – certainly coming a long way from that initial anxiety feeling!”
Sam Chipcase, CCT Graduate
“Moving forward I think it is reasonable to predict that this type of therapy will continue to grow and evolve. For myself I view this as a good thing as it offers an opportunity to reach more people who may be in need of a service and for whom the more traditional methods may not be suitable. This course has been a good learning curve for me and I feel fully prepared to take this forward.”
Shirley Edwards, CCT Graduate
“The learning I have gained from the course has far exceeded my expectations, and as well as feeling more confident and competent I have really shifted my thinking about working in this way. I have already changed some of my practices while taking the course as I have learned and considered more, and I am keen to continue this as well as to pass on some of what I’ve learnt to colleagues where this is appropriate…My confidence has increased, but far more than that my enthusiasm has increased, and this can only have a positive impact on the service I can offer to clients.”
Jo Fretwell, CCT Graduate
“On commencement of this course I was very excited for the opportunity to obtain additional skills to use in my work and to develop me personally and professionally.
