This 10 hour course utilizes the International Association of Coaching (IAC) Coaching Masteries and Code of Ethics as a focal point for transferring coach skill to an online environment. As an IAC Coaching Masteries Authorized Licensee, we are committed to embedding the masteries into our course curriculum whenever applicable and complementary to the course content.
This course orients the student to the current IAC Coaching Masteries and Code of Ethics with delineated information for each Mastery and how one might apply the Mastery to online work with clients via email, chat, audio, video or virtual worlds. While the Masteries stand on their own as a solid framework for coaching, we offer a different lens to help the coach realize the subtle nuances of working online with clients. This course also lays a solid foundation for therapist-coaches who are seeking skill in developing a stronger coach voice.

Participants will learn how the OTI Ethical Framework for the Use of Technology in Coaching compliments the IAC Code of Ethics
